Our Commitment To You

We will action your case with professionalism and efficiency.

We will review your case on a regular basis.

We will communicate with you on a regular basis to advise you of developments, and to request any further information or documentation which we require. If urgent action is required, or the nature of the case requires swift action, this will take place. Similarly, we will not send you unnecessary communications.

We will safeguard any documents/evidence you send to us.

When we communicate with you, we will endeavour to advise you of the next steps. We will also tell you when you can next expect to hear from us. We will then not normally send you a further communication until you are next due to hear from us, unless you request that we do so.

We will communicate with you in a method of your choice.

We will respond promptly to your communications. We are a highly specialised law firm that deals exclusively with large volumes of personal injury and accident claims on a nationwide basis. We aim to ensure that a member of our team is available to assist you at all times during office hours. If a member of your legal team is not available, then the Client Care Department will be pleased to help.

We are willing to communicate with somebody else on your behalf, as long as we have your written authority to do so.

If you hold legal expenses insurance, we will seek to act under the cover that it provides. Where appropriate, we will provide a case plan and a legal costs estimate in respect of your claim. We will analyse the balance of the risks/expense/outcomes in your case, and keep this balance under review. We will liaise with any legal expenses insurer on your behalf.

We will act to protect your best interests. We will seek to conclude you case in the most efficient manner. This may include litigation, or alternative ways of dispute resolution.

We will ensure that an appropriately experienced legal team deals with your case, and that they have relevant supervision.

Please contact us if you are not satisfied with these standards, or you feel that that they are not being met.
